Abstract

I'd like to feature my blog posts on simulating a double pendulum. The double pendulum a great example of an interesting, chaotic system of ODEs, and analyzing it is one way to really dive into Lagrangian and Hamiltonian mechanics. I take it from the traditional Newtonian viewpoint, up through actual simulation.
